Can't build Robot Workbench?

I have all the materials to craft the Robot Workbench, but the green outlined workbench doesn't show up to allow me to place it, nothing comes up. It shows that I have all the stuff, but I can't place it. Any help?

Mine would let me build it. But wont let me make a robot, i have all the materials but it keeps saying i lack the requirements, does it need a certain level on a perk?

it actually requires 8 fiberglass, not six, but only uses 6. With 6/6 Fiberglass in workshop it would not build, with 7/6 it would not. with 8/6 it would. checked after, still had 2 fiberglass left over.

It is a peculiarity of this game that although you have exactly enough material to build an item, you can't build it unless you have more of every material required to build the item. I've found this many times. Don't unnerstand ... but ... there you go.

Thanks guys. Funnily enough, it "just worked" after running the game a few times. I may have collected more of the materials, but I don't really know for sure. Praise Todd Howard.

It always just works. Mine started working after I re-built it. Okay, I did that after sending a provisioner to Bunker Hill, which gave me extra materials, so maybe it just wanted moar materials. This is strange.

You have to exit your power armor to make it work i had the same lock till i left it!

First of all the Robot work bench is in "Specials" and if it dosnt build you can always spawn it with console commands :)
