"You lack the requirements to build an Automatron."
Whenever I try and create a robot, or edit anything involving Ada, it says I don't have the materials even though I definitely do. Is there a way to fix?

You most likely don't have the Science! or Robotics Expert perk.

Double check if you have everything, because it shows what you need to build automatron but it doesnt show what you have :/

Not saying it isn't a bug for some, but I had the same problem and when I reviewed my available materials, it turned out I was short on aluminum.

I never had that issue and I have been building bots for the last 2 weeks.

I have same problem i uninstall and install the dlc but its dont work :/

I have the same Issue can't attach Jezebel's head to the robot body. I decided to refund the DLC till they fix this bug.

Did you transfer the head to the workbench ?

No but I can see the head in the crafting menu.

Then start with the torso first then add the head.

Redownloading the game will see if it works thanks.

Edit: Doesn't work can't remove transfer quest items.
