Strong and Curie best way to get Affinity?

Hey guys, So I got the perks from my other companions after maxing out affinity and i have left is Strong and curie and these 2 Are proving quite difficult to max out Anyone here have any help or tips? Any Help is appreciated :0

I just finished Strong. I went around and fought stuff with him. Tried to hunt Deathclaws, supermutants, rad scorpions too. I think it took 3 levels, from level 107 to level 110 just killing stuff for him to max out. I avoided quests cause he hates me lockpicking stuff. He really should gain affinity off preparing food maybe. Maybe meat dishes only.

I'm working on Curie tonight. Spent about an hour with her killing ghouls and she gave me a quest. Don't want to spoil the quest, but we'll see after that how fast her affinity goes.

For strong can you kill only enemies or friendly people to boost his moral?

Hmm. I didn't kill any friendlies. I didn't see his affinity ever go up, just once in a awhile he wanted to talk to me. My build is sniper so I killed a lot from stealth too. I wasn't sure if he liked only nonstealth kills or if he liked to get the killing blow. But it seems my stealth offense worked out fine.

Strong - just spam the Minutemen quests. He really likes the notion that you are the leader taking charge so doing these quests maxes his affinity super easy.

Ironic thing is after preston gave me the defend the castle quest He no longer hands out Settlement quests

Is that quest still in your journal to be done? For me he never gives those quests when he initiates the Retaking the Castle quest until you complete it.

Just did a quick check, this is apparently a confirmed bug.

Strong took me for ever (since I love to hack terminals and lockpick stuff) but yes, The Minutemen radint quests are also great to boost his affinity.

Apparently he doesn't care on the hacking, but I've had him dislike/hate on hacking. probably a bug.

Here's a list of Strongs likes and dislikes.

Likes: Generous, Peaceful, Voilent, Eat Corpse, Murder Non Hostile.
Dislikes: Selfish, Mean, Enter Power Armor, Enter Vertibird, Heal Dogmeat, Pick Locks (red locks aswell), and speech sucess for more caps.

Curies Likes: Nice, Mean, Peacful, Donate Item, Heal Dogmeat.
Curies Dislikes: Selfish, Chem Addiction, Murder Non Hostile, Stealing, and Pickpocketing.

I saw Donate Item on the wiki, but what's that for? Some faction? Or do you give items to her and she's happy?

There's certain things, such as sheffield where you can give him a nuka cola, or objectives that have an optional item giving choice.
