And An RPGer? What kind? Role player? Class builder? Combat lover?
JOW thanks for your input as well.
You WILL notice limitations that are incredibly baffling as to why they are present in a PC game - only to realise that PC gamers are all having to make do with a low-end port from a console version. The lighting seems to have been given a lot of attention, but you will see how they made their console game by trimming off all the texture quality and polygons.
This will take a while at first to set up to your liking, I can give you a few links to get you started with the basic essentials, the rest can be a matter of taste:
If you are going down the route of modding items and crafting, I recomend that you read up on settlement keywords (SK), armour and weapon keywords community resource (AWKCR).
Some optional files that you may like are:
Eyewear and Mask Retexture[www.nexusmods.com]
Power Armour HUD transparency[www.nexusmods.com]
M-16 Assault Rifle[www.nexusmods.com]
M-14 Assault Rifle[www.nexusmods.com]
Wasteland Sniper Suit[www.nexusmods.com]
Installing these mods, will drastically change the immersion and feel of the game into something that wipes the floor with the vanilla AHEMconsoleAHEM version.
Once you have improved the visuals and gameplay, you may want to look at crafting, which is why it is beneficial to have those Keyword resource files, that I mention above, installed.
The weapons and clothing are able to be modified in FO4, at a workbench, as are most of the modded stuffs! :D
Enjoy
no its not. just a opinion. doesnt matter what you say. not everybody hate the game
You guys are just treating them like ex wives is all, you don't go back to them, so you just look at the good memories in your head and think "aww that was nice," meanwhile I am the friend who buts in when you talk about your ex going "ain't that the one that set your clothes on fire, with you still in them?" Its how these people come off, and its not al lI know that there is also fanboys here the ones who can't stand to see their old fave out sold, and beat like a dog they consider it herorcy to call anything but first one they played the best. You see these in all shapes and sizes New Vegas kids arguing with Fallout 3 kids, and even the real old ones Rambling about the vintage ones and few hipsters trying feel more grown up talking up the retro one because its what their dad they hate but still want to be like played.
Then you got the ones who hate just because its popular, they see this is seling doing amazing, so they got come in andcomplain. The do it with every sequal that does better then its predocesor, and every new movie in a franchise. They show up to just argue, doesn't matter what its about to them its an easy arguemnt just say the one before was better, then the fanboys of that one will show up and they just flame baited a huge argument on the net.
If I was OP I would play something else until quite some time after the GECK is released.
Im aching to play Fallout 4, but as it stands, its just not for me, just like Skyrim when initially released.
For me, it's the mods that make these games worth playing and make them tailorable to each of our own individual tastes.
There *are* loads of great mods out there, some you may like and others you may not, but they are on the whole fairly basic (no offence to modders) and the real meat will come after the last DLC's are released and we have the GECK in our sweaty irradiated paws.
Thats not to say you cant have a fun modded time now, but *if* you can, I'd advise you to wait.
Rgds

Master Dan I will read through all that information and make sure it all makes sense but it is a great mod start-off so thanks for that!
