Doc Anderson is the only one who can be recruited. You can find her, or, you can use console commands to summon her:

prid 00190047
moveto player
enable

Lol. yeah, with no training whatsoever. "Hey, quack doctor - I've got a touch of radiation poisoning, a dodgy tummy plus I've just had my legs blown off - can you fix it!?"

Cheers. :)
The other thing I find a bit annoying when interacting with docs is they don't have the "trade" option (ie when you want to swap gear/clothes with them) while they're actually working. You have to wait until they've clocked off for the night before you can kit them out.

Same here I want to put a lab coat on my doctor or give a weapon, need to waste a day to do it.

Erm, just assign them to farming, change their gear, then assign them back to the clinic. No need to wait for them to go off duty.

Sometimes the solution is just so easy that I overlook it.
