is there a mod that prebuilt your built settlements?
for instance:
I made a settlement build on Hangman's Alley, with decent amount of settlers there, geared along with small storage room and turrets. I want it all saved then import it to a new save so it generates that build, the npcs staying there, etc

since I wrote a character that needs that kind of stuff, if its impossible, then I might have to rewrite the character's story

Most of us use Workshop Overhaul - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35004

There's a setting in the menu to backup/restore everything - settlers, container contents, etc. nearly everything not just the settlement stuff.

Dante's Transfer Settlements has a loyal following, too. But YMMV. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22442

There are at least a dozen others, guess where you'll find them?

you could also use a mod that adds pre-built settlements to the settlement locations. There's a host of them on Nexus, but i've never used any so i have no idea how well it works with Pre-vis, other mods etc..
Expect some issues going this route if your running a large number of mods.

Sim Settlements and Sim Settlements 2 can auto build entire cities, as the settlers move in they automatically find homes and jobs. That is using the easy setting on the mod.. the hard is much much more work.

Remember that anything that you want 'pre built' you MUST also have ALL of the modded components successfully installed in the right load order before they will work properly.

ig you have to place it on your own hand through CK if you want it prebuilt for the next save to load without Workshop Framework? Still, I forgot Workshop Framework has the ability to import and export everything in the settlement. Thanks for the reminder

The settlement build I'm planning, use SS2 stuff, but the build alone isn't enough. Needed racks, containers, npcs working on the area already and everything in it, saved too if possible.
