Which specific mods? Did they appear at all in your game before this?
You shouldn't be adding this feature mid-game, only between playing new games.
Companion status and holotime
Are you also using Sim Settlements? one of the first hits I saw for holotime is "this isn't working / here's a fix for ss2"
But like I said the best thing to do is install major mods like MCM *before you start a game*. With it in place, other mods that require it should show correctly provided you've also got the other required mods or dlc already working too.
What is that sim settlements?
