Gen 3.5 Synths... Myth, mod or What?

Found this at the Coast Guard station on the river where the Coast guard... shouldn't be.

Is this from one of my Mods, like "Outcast and Remnants"? Is this real Bethesda Content? I've played the Institute Storyline and they never mention 3.5 synths. If Bethesda, what's the difference between a 3 and a 3.5 except our favorite fraction one half?

This is the Coast Guard Pier just south west of DC, yes? IIRC that skeleton was on the bed to your right for me, and it most certainly isn't vanilla. I believe there's some items nearby, a holotape was it? or a camcorder? or something like that...

Well, I didn't remember seeing it before or any mention made of it in any mod. So, I thought I'd ask.

I suppose you can click it in the console and the first 2 characters should say its load order

That or use https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26582 it just gives you the mod name if you click on something in the console. 10x better, will never play without.
