21:9 ultrawide mode in 2023 ?

I came back to replay Fallout 4 in 2023 but i need a mod that fixes 21:9.
I have tried Flawless and Ultra Wide Interface (21x9) mod but it seems have some issue with the UI being not centered or slightly off from center https://ibb.co/cLhsV7v https://ibb.co/0Zm221Q

im playing at 3440x1440 or 5120x2160

A quick search for this would show you, that no, it's not supported fully yet.

That's because that resolution would be like 3 computers ago in end-of-life for video cards, and the devs did not know you would even be able to run a game that big when it was in development.

Hopefully - and you can cross your fingers and toes on this being the case but don't hold your breath because it's bethesda and they may yet absolutely screw it all up - when Bethesda releases an update this year they will address this. Hopefully. No guarantees.

But while there are certainly ways to have your massive monitor resolution run the game it's not supported internally so it'll always be a bit off. I don't think there are any updated newer ultrawide fixes, you might search reddit but ??? I doubt they exist yet/work on every computer.

There are guids if you google them. I also have a LG 29inch Wide Screen and you need to change the ini.file with height and width to your resolution size. Then save the file, and start up.

I saved this part from a guide:

21:9 Aspect Ratio.

One is to edit the Fallout4Prefs.ini in the Documents>My Games>Fallout4 folder and set the values of
iSize H=1080
iSize W=2560
I run it in Fullscreen mode (taking up the entire screen) by using
bMaximizeWindow=0
bBorderless=0
bFull Screen=1

You can manually move each UI elements , re-scale or even delete them using DEF_UI (in the mcm menu)

I cant even start the game in ultrawide. The only option for me is 2752x1152...

I got now 3440x1440 but it looks strange to me... Not normal resolutions. Its seems to be stretched :(

Same here, the gameplay itself is fine, it's the HUD that's stretched and the video on the main menu that was probably created for 1080p displays that's not correct for Ultrawide displays.

Did you select the 21:9 or 32:9 aspect ratio option in the settings?
