This mod, however, might be of use. Any brahmin including caravans apply - just put the head taxidermy near where they tend to spawn (say, inside buildings or at doorways), and the 'move to here' pad within a nearby clear area. Click the head when you're out of build mode and poof the brahmin are now where you wanted them. They don't STAY where you want them unless you build a trough / feed area for them. The caravan cattle tend to follow their human/leader and will definitely continue to get in the way including going up stairs if you've built an area that the person can reach...

I know it can be confusing considering the brahmin and guards never seem to sync up very well in game. Which is why you can see the guards, brahmin, and Bunker Hill trader wandering separately.
It isn't uncommon for them to get seperated. And make sure to check inside (or on the roof of) the house with the workshop outside. Carla's brahmin really likes those places. (Anyone can spawn on the roof, but Carla's brahmin seems to do so far more than anyone else. At least from my experience.)
This mod should replace the brahmin with a eyeboot.
I haven't tested it myself though.

Edit; Installed it, works for me.
But sometimes it gets to much of it.
Road is pretty wide though. Not driving a car. What is the issue?
uhhh.. i don't think it affects her shop, or makes you an enemy (provided you don't do it directly in front of her for obvious reasons)
That's a win win right? No stupid pink cow, and you still get a shop that literally comes to your house.
