You could let your launcher try and download all the updates. I don't use Vortex so I don't know whether it can. If it did, I would turn that feature off.
Research every mod you use, every time.
Every time.
It might update with something that you don't want, but is still fully functional otherwise. There might be something amiss with the update, it might be broken. It might change and be incompatible with another of your mods.
You won't know any of those things until you personally put the effort and forethought into what you're using.
of your main mod page . But it's a double edged sword , I tried it years ago , The my game crashed straight away ( I assumed the updated mods where were doing it ) , them I spent over a week , I had to update the game version the updated mods and quite a few of the older mods had to be deleted .
If it ain't broke , don't '' fix it '' .
This is so true. This is a bethesda game. You can't just install updates and hope it will work. Check every mod for compatibility. When the mod authors change the way the mod works and e.g. edit mod scripts or completely remove them you will break your save file. The authors who can do that usually offer advice if the mod can be updated or if a new playthrough is needed.
