As such I googled "fallout 4 ultrawide" (no pun intended)
thus:
"Fallout 4 does not support 21:9 resolutions. However, as long as it is set to output to a standard 16:9 resolution (such as 1920x1080), the game is still playable on these displays."

I use 10 gb of ram allocated to my Fallout 4 .
And some libraries for F4SE from Nexus.

I just ctrl-alt-del from No Man's Sky because I remembered :
After you start Fallout 4; while in the menu (or any time really) , minimize the game to desktop and use task manager.
ctrl-alt-del is doing just that.
Now, in task manager, right click on Fallout 4 exe:
- go to "details"
then right click again on Fallout4.exe and:
- set priority: "above normal"
- set affinity: un-check cpu 0
exit task manager, continue game !
Those two options should help even more.
for instance "set priority: above normal" !s activated by default in No Man's Sky.
I figured it out! i verified the integrity of my game files just to find out that the Launcher of the game wasn't detecting my GPU even though the actual game was, and just took a little bit of file tweaking to run as planned.
The Fix for those of you who need it:
This can be determined by going to "This PC > Documents > My Games > Fallout 4 > Fallout4Prefs" and if it says your GPU name under the "sD3DDevice" location, that means the game is detecting your hardware (for instance, mine said "sD3DDevice="AMD Radeon RX 6800"" which is the GPU i have)
How To Fix:
Open the fallout 4 launcher and set you settings the way you want them to be when you play, i just popped on the Ultra Preset.
Go to your "This PC > Documents > My Games > Fallout 4" and then open the "Fallout4Prefs" ini file, and set the following values to what i have pasted
bTopMostWindow=0
bMaximizeWindow=0
bBorderless=0
bFull Screen=1
iSize H=1440 (Or whatever resolution height you want to run)
iSize W=3440 (Or whatever resolution width you want to run)
Then, go to Fallout 4 in the steam library menu, right click on it, go to "Properties", and then "Browse Local Files", and open the Fallout4Prefs file in this file location and input the same listed values above.
Then save both changes, launch the game, and enjoy :D
Due to your response I remembered the Solve-90%-of-Crashes for Fallout 4 (Skyrim too)
DISABLE all auto-saves !
ALL of them !
Then save periodically and use "quicksave" as much as possible !
edit: not the topic but hope it helps ...
