been running it on win 11 since dec 2021

some common forum issues. neither steam nor the game installer nor the game make any changes to windows security.

check antivirus log. might be blocking game/game launcher.

check windows security/controlled folder access.
if on add exceptions for game launcher/game.

running Windows One Drive? One Drive moves the ini/preference files to the one drive.
modify one drive to exclude the game folder.

ive been in fallout 4 mods for years now, through the launcher itself and through NMM, however i got a new computer and i downloaded vortex instead, after that i couldnt start up any saves of my fallout 4 playthroughs, even after i deleted all the mods, vortex, and even f4 and re installed just the game, this is the first time its happened, if i try to start it, it gets to the loading animation with the game hints, then crashes right to the desktop. im at a loss here and i would really like help on this matter.
