when u start playing with mods, all mods come with expectation all dlcs are installed
This is a game every PC gamer should have even if they don’t play it, just so they can say “this is why I have a PC and not a console”
If you're also looking for an RPG, then go to the previous games, even 3 has RPG elements in it, albeit somewhat limited.
Why's it a terrible game?
I play it with no mods and I like it better than FO3.
FO4 has an amazing attention to detail everywhere you look
