There are several to alter her appearance, those mods usually use some other mod for extra hair. If you only want to change the hair and don't want to use the console altering Curie's appearance, there are mods that add wigs, like this one:

to change curie is a lengthy process

you gotta create a clone of her
change that clone
then remove the clone and change the original curie to the exact style as the cloned curie


for whatever reason they made it like this for several other characters.

The problem with most of the mods for Curie is you need in some cases up to 10 other mods to get the look that the modder made, most of the simpler ones do the job I suppose, it depends on the look that you want and if your willing to download a ton of other mods.

Take a look at the one you posted 10 all up with 2 optional. take out cbbe and that still leaves 7 required with 2 optional.
