Go to the website where you can get ENB. Click on Download, scroll down to your game and click on it, then chose the latest version of ENB for that game. On Nexus you can find other ENB presets that changes the look of the game. Find the one that suits you most. No matter which ENB preset you download from Nexus, getting the files from the ENB website is a must first.
So the order is:
-install Vortex (or the other one) then
-F4SE
-unoffical Fallout 4 patch
-Buffout 4
- then your mods
I have had better luck downloading directly from the site for F4SE, the last time I tried to get it in a collection using Vortex it oddly downloaded 3 different versions which caused it to have conflicts with the different versions.
Yes I also downloaded F4SE directly from its seperate host site, not as part of a collection.
The f4se launcher needs to be in the same folder as the game exe file
