Weapons not reloading until they're empty

I know this is probably dependent on mods, but I was hoping this could help me narrow down my search a little. After a little stint of trying to fix a few mod issues, right now my only issue is that most of my guns won't reload until they're fully empty, even on weapons that have no reload-mod dependencies. However, this is only for some of my guns. Some other guns can reload just fine, for some reason. I don't know why it's only certain weapons and not others, but i'll list a small sample size of which weapons work and which don't.

Weapons that didn't reload until empty:
- Glock 19x
- Combined Arms' Makarov and Barrett 50 Cal.
- IMI Desert Eagle
- RPD
- AKM Complex weapons
- P90 (Sorry IK there's a few P90 mods, can't tell which one)
- SVT
- Mk 12 SPR


Note: For the ones that did reload, other than the street sweeper, I think they all played their fully empty reload anims? Not sure why.
Weapons that DID reload when partially empty:
- SIG MCX
- Remington New Army Revolver
- Catalyst AAS
- Mossberg 500
- Vanilla Combat Rifle
- Street Sweeper (The mod where it's name is in ALL-CAPS. Again, no clue why only this one played what looked like a normal reload.)


I know this may be a silly thing to ask, but if anyone could maybe give me any tips as to how to fix this, it would be much appreciated.

More realistic this way, not that I would like it.

Figure out the mod that affects ones that don't work right, read its description or forum posts. It's probably stated that that is working as intended if it has affected any of them at all. The weapons are irrelevant if any are vanilla. this doesn't happen in vanilla so... track down yer weapon mods.

Reloading works the same if you have only fired a single round, or all of them. If you have different reloading animations dependent on how many rounds of left, it is from a mod. And I would suspect that mod is what is causing the issue.

Mine flash up RELOAD, when 3 or less ammo. I have Mod Tac Wpns so maybe thats why?

did you ever find anything? mine just started doing this and there hasn't been a change in my load order. my Beretta M9-FS no longer reloads unless empty same with a couple shotguns.

make sure that these mods dont use a own reload button.
