Starlight Drive-In Rebuilt

Still a newb at modding. Has a slight bug with the lighting for Stained Glass and Unicorn Farts + Videos of the Wasteland Holotape displays. I think it's a conflict with Enhanced Lights & FX or Colored Workshop lights. Any ideas? Other than that how's it look?

A bunch of videos of the wasteland video packs, these are listed under the main Videos of the Wasteland page. Avoid the Nuka World tapes, they appear bugged for everyone. Also FO76 adverts didn't work for me, mileage may vary.

OH and i forgot to mention Better Stores, which i had to get from Bethesda's site since it was removed from the Nexus. But that adds a ton of things as well, most notably the neon signs and bars. I also own almost the entire Creation Club, Arcade pack, Slocum's Joe, Nuka Cola etc.

You might want to include your mod list in your video comment? Obviously a lot of those things are bethesda/cc. I use the unicorn farts mod myself it's gorgeous!

Thanks man. Yeah i need to do that in the AM, kinda bushed atm lol. Yeah the Stained glass mod is intensely awesome. So awesome i risked my entire build you see here to get it deep into a save game.

It could have went horribly wrong, but i was willing to literally start from SCRATCH, that's how much the mod page impressed me lol. It's a must have.

I'll lay odds it's the '' Enhanced lights '' mod . When I used that mod , it crashed my game to the stage I had delete everything and start again .

Yeah that's my number one suspicion. I used that mod for years so it stinks. Really adds a nice atmosphere, but i can think of other means to achieve a similar effect without messing over what i now consider two of the coolest mods in the wasteland.

Your build skill are very good and your builds here are clearly are very good. But the videos is way too dark / black and is most of the time hard to watch. You get to "highlight" the nice lighting, but in every corner of every building one sees nothing.

Thank you, you're very kind.

The dark lit scenery was intentional. It's meant to replicate how dimly lit the arcades and cinema were back in the day. I tried to brighten up the Slocum's a bit, but it really kills the pink and light blue atmosphere HARD.

So i decided to just brighten up the video store area, leaving the rest dimly lit. Which really helps with the light scattering that the Stainglass mod adds in the VIP theater area, arcade and Slocum's.

The church is not finished and really dark. I likewise should have done the Clinic tour during the day, as a Dr stands behind that glass with a clipboard in hand, keeping a watchful eye on the patients.

I've got a couple of those ,though I had very little (and very frustrating) success using Snappy housekit, as you say it's very fiddly.

If you didn't know, ChuckYuFarley is back on nexus with three *gorgeous* sets of buildings, as well as new versions of the original Not Your Average Neon sets! You might look into those for future builds!

Oh wow... i remember drooling over some of that stuff way back and it was taken down due to Bethesda's TOS shenanigans. You don't think that will conflict with The Fens Sheriffs Dept do you? I have a few things that alter cigs and cig machines to be lucky strike variety etc.

Idk if he uses brand new assets that wouldn't conflict with say, the wall mounted jukeboxes from Fens. Kinda scared to find out lol.
