Delete Mama Murphy from the game

I want to raid sanctuary but it won't allow me because Mama Murphy is there and I can't send her to other settlements like I did with the others.

If I disable her using the console would that allow me to raid it for the nuka world raiders?

If you remove her essential status, you can kill her or select her and use the disable command.

Setessential [Mama Murphy's ID] 0
(0 is for non-essential - 1 is for essential)

You could also just continue to feed her chems until she dies.

Don't use console commands to get rid of her, if you want to claim the settlement. You could break your game.
Feed her all the drugs she want, as mentioned before. She didn't see that coming.
After her death, Preston arrives in Sanctuary (scripted), you have to send him away again.

Disabling an npc doesn't actually remove them. They just don't liad their character model into the game world. But they are actually still there.

As others have said the one way to get rid of her without using console or mods is to follow her mini questline where you give her drugs for the sight all the way to the end.

To the people suggesting I just feed her chems so she dies, that ship sailed a long time ago. So that is not possible, I am late into my play through.

You don't get the problem, the fact she is there in her stupid chair is the reason I can't take the raider quest to capture the settlement. So how am I meant to ignore her, she is literally blocking the quest.

Okay thanks, I will try that console command. That sounds promising. But as stated above, I can't feed her chems, i chose to cure her addiction way back. I know, everyone makes mistakes.

Setting her to non essential worked. Bullet to the head, everyone woke up and just looked at her and went back to sleep lol.

Dumped body in the river. (RIP) Went back to Shank and suddenly he is able to give me the quest.

The things we have to do in this game to get past Todd Howard's obstacles.

I've not gone to Nuka World yet but it's really irritating if it's true that you need to act in probably a completely opposite way from that in which you've previously behaved to fully complete the DLC.

Nuka World was designed mostly for players who were complaining they can't be evil raiders. You can however head to Nuka World and cleanse the raider filth! bring stimpaks. lots and lots of stimpaks

Ahhh - but I understand that many of Nuka World's unlocks can only be unlocked by going down the Raider side. They should have scripted a parallel campaign Yojimbo/ Fistful of Dollars/ Last Man Standing style where you could set off the bandit factions against themselves before wiping them all out.
