Purchased GotY Edition, apparently have Season pass content, but not the pass itself, therefore being overcharged for the Fallout Franchise bundle.

I'd like to buy the other games in the bundle, but sorry I'm not paying twice for the season pass.

Click on 'manage my DLC' on the right.
If you have DLCs then you have DLCs, there's nothing to fix.

Season pass is a product bundle and not a piece of content anyway, it's just a tag in the store for one of the available extra purchase options.
It doesn't matter and wasn't 'corrected' in the past years and most likely won't be in the future.

Yes, like I said, I have the content, unfortunately the BUNDLE says I don't own the pass, and therefore would have to pay AGAIN for the season pass to 'complete the bundle'.

What needs to be fixed is the BUNDLE saying I don't own the pass/content, and therefore not double charging me for it.

You don't need the Season Pass itself if you have all DLCs. Open Properties window of the game:
* Click right mouse button on the game
* Open DLC tab (on right of the new window)
* There are should be 6 (six) DLCs

I've checked the store page. 1 game + 6 DLCs. All as should be. The Season Pass should only appear in libriry of those who bought the game before GOTY release.

Honestly idk how bundles of Steam are working, but I assume that without additional coding/programming on Valve/Steam side such issues are incorrigible. Specifically for your case there is should be a different bundle which includes GOTY and excludes single game + season pass. By doing such a thing people who own single game will be overcharged for GOTY, and they will be confused like you too.

So, ideally there is should be visible only one such bundle. All checks about what games, dlcs, season passes a customer has must be processed under the hood in Steam Client/Server itself. And by doing this thing, it gives to customers best prices for their case.

It's everything I could help, no need to be angry on me. I am not from Valve, Bethesda, Microsoft, whatever.

I'm not confused about bundles, publishers/devs set what games and dlcs they want to be in their own bundles, this is the correct forum for Fallout 4 pricing issues.

Yeah it should be automatically marked as owned to avoid potential confusion, but users would have to go out of their way to waste their money and purchase them the second time.
When trying to buy SP in these circumstances there's an appropriate warning message:

Owning these items can be checked on the Steam store, in the library on the right and by RMB clicking on the product, and when trying to purchase it again, so it's extremely unlikely for anyone to do that.

People have a hard time reading what people post. Instead of paying attention to what someone is saying they make up their own interpretation.

Your problem is that you got the GOTY in a bundle (which includes all DLCs), but the Steam store does not recognize you own all the DLCs and tries suggestion you get the Season Pass.

This is actually a pretty common situation when buying game well after release. I have ran into it numerous times where I had to take five or ten minutes to figure out what content I was getting and not getting.

On top of that you also have to watch out because things you do not want get shoved into bundles and makes it more expensive than if you just got the few specific things. This is especially common with "digital extras" and music DLC.

So long story and lecture complete, the main this is you only need the GOTY and absolutely nothing else. Well except Creation Club points because that is a whole different sport.

Not sure why you'd worried about this. There is no bundle to complete. The game's full dlc release is on the GOTY edition.

If you look at the Franchise Bundle (like the OP is saying) it contains Fallout 4 GOTY and the Season Pass.

That is what the OP is complaining about.

Ah I see... And... most of the time, we see people complaining that one version of any given bundle / game set is cheaper than another. I'm ... still failing to see a problem. The other games will most certainly be on sale separately cheaper as per Bethesda's usual nonsense.

I'm pretty sure that Valve/Steam have nothing to do with the contents and pricing of the bundles.
The publisher decides on that.

Thus, you'd have to contact Bethesda through other means, as most devs and publishers don't read the Steam user forums.

Contacting them publicly through Twitter, Facebook, etc. might work better, as it brings this issue to many more people and they most likely want to nip a potential sh*tstorm in the bud.
