Cant even get to main menu with and without mods. What do?

Everytime i try to start it up it crashes before it even finishes the bethesda start up screen. ive tried all the common trouble shooting fixes listed on google but they havent made any different and i dont know what else to do.

It would help to know more about your system, your mods, and what exactly you have done.

If you go up to the top of your Steam library window and click HELP > SYSTEM INFORMATION, and post the whole list please. That will give info about driver dates and the like.

Did your game work with OR without mods before this point? If it did work before and now does not, something on your computer changed. It might be an OS update that changed your system's video card preferences, or Onedrive being reactivated and moving files around, or your firewall forgetting that it's not supposed to block Steam processes.

If you didn't have ANYTHING update, check to see whether one of your most recently installed mods is broken.

the pc is brand new the only modification ive made to it is installing more ram sticks. i havent gotten it to work at all even when i dont have any mods active, ive tried re installing it, ive checked for driver updates, ive turned off my firewall and virus protection, nothing is working.

i have the unoffical patch, cheat terminal, mutant menagerie, multiple followers , daleks, a few weapon stand alones, america rising, armorsmith, script extender, armor key words, some fallout 76 power armor mods.

the game wont start properly even when the mods are off

Not a weapon debris issue. Weapon debris only causes issues once you have a game loaded up. It will never prevent the game from starting or crashing before that.

it is a simple thing to try (turning off weapon debris). since it crashes the nvidia 3060, turn it off anyway.

your graphics card driver is old but that one ran the game on my 3060ti card.

you have a number of mods. so the game ran fine vanilla BEFORE you added the mods?

no i tried running it vanilla and it didnt start

yeah but each of those also has .base after the .ini

mine do not. but you are using mods/mod manager and I am not

you have an nvidia card. run geforce experience, optimize the game with that, then launch the game. maybe those graphics settings work better than what the game thinks you should have.

didnt work still crashes

so geforce experience put the .ini files back. new ones. and the launcher still crashes?
or the launcher works and the game crashes?

the files still have the .ini.base attached and everytime i start up the game either the special vids start to play or the bethesda wheel screen starts to play and it crashes before it gets to the main menu
