I can't build the nuka cherry launcher or the quantum launcher. I have all the dlc installed +workshops. Do I have to beat nuka world?

Yes, they're ... quite specifically tied to the location's quests.

Kind of? Without trying to spoil anything, you'll need to turn the power on for the squirt gun, and talk to sierra, and do her quest, for the launcher.

While just having the DLC installed unlocks a few things, for the majority of stuff you have to actually at least start the appropriate DLC, if not finish it.

In order to open up all the robot parts at once, finish the Mechanist's arc. Sierra's for launcher, and definitely you'll need the squirty. There are a few other things in this game gated behind perks, items, and quests.

The launcher as in the part or the weapon?

The launcher IS the WEAPON. You build ammunition for it, but again: those are required parts you can only make when you've completed tasks.

Part for the robot.

Or does my robot have to have the nuka world galactatron mod?

sheesh just play dude you'll know when.

It should be on this page. I'm talking about the robot weapon not the fat man. https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Automatron_robot_mods

Ok thanks guys sorry for wasting your time.

The Nuka World robot mods require you to have finished Star Control, which is done when you take over the Galactic Zone. (In addition, you require the robot workbench so need to have at least started Automatron.)

Some of the other posters are talking about the Nuka-Nuke launcher - a version of the fat man launcher. The OP specifically asked about the Nuka Cherry launcher and the Quantum launcher, which are robot mods.

I have the mods unlocked o just can't craft them. Should I just retry star control? I used the console to complete it.

That could be the problem. Using the console is not a replacement for actually doing the quest. Console commands don't run any of the other scripts that may be attached to certain quests.

Never console your way through quests unless there's something in it that's *completely* broken beyond repair.

you've broken your game, you might want to start from before you did that, or just "start over" and play through it. You can't get the stuff without actually playing it.
