Where can I farm/buy skulls?

Console feels dirty to me, I can't even use it to finish broken quests without it bothering me lol, I've straight up restarted games because of emogene bug before I knew what caused it.

Well the problem is super mutant drops random bones, not just skulls. So if you want to find them quickly it is best to check those locations on the wiki first.

Just play Sim Settlements Conqueror mod and leave faction decorations on. The game will constantly spam the spiky poles and skull and stuff everywhere.

If you have the Contraptions Workshop get the Manufacturing Extended mod here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15429/. It has an "Auto-Butcher" that will give you a skull (and lots of other stuff) for every human you put in.

I'm going through the Fens Street Sewers now on current playthrough and it has lots of skulls all over that can be picked up

Just thought to mention, there is a mod on Nexus: - Lootable Skeletons - that put skulls and all sort of bones in all the skeletons in all the Commonwealth.
