Also please could you be more specific - have you ever been able to play the game on that *exact* computer before now? Is it breaking or has it just never once run?
one common cause: if you have an nvidia graphics card, turn off weapon debris in the graphic settings.
But in my case my saved game are certainly corrupted due to putting few modifications.
Anyway those issues you're faced I do get them sometimes from times which sounds like I'm playing russian roullete. Not always will be that lucky day to play for a long session for hours straight.
My tips always manually backup your saved game, before testing modifications or when you have disable them and remove after.
If you were not modding and is playing unmodded then try Steam client > library > Fallout 4 > properties > local files > verify the integrity of cache files and wait untill ''all files have been reacquired'' and run the procedure again and when ''all files successfully validated'', run the game.
Or tweak your gpu panel and turn any modern settings like low latency mode because this game is quite old.
Please read and do this. Maybe in your own threads, because the OP has yet to even reply yet and you both have come in with your own possibly-related possibly-unrelated issues to their thread.

That rig should run the game just fine, did any plugs or hardware change like get disconnected, did your drive fail at all?
Alternately: are you using cloud saves with this game? Either on steam, or using OneDrive? TURN OFF ONE DRIVE, and get your saves off the cloud from steam - steam cloud works great for smaller games but the save files on this one get huge very quickly, and filling them up on that save allotment might have an impact on your play.
Did your OS update at all between then and now?
