Get some texture mods that look way better. Vivid landscapes looks beautiful on my 4K monitor.
Sadly there is no one 'community retexture megamod' available. There are a few bigger packages, but from personal experience I've used them (or some files from them) in a fairly big number at the same time.
Couple of big mods, few smaller packages like weapon HD project or chems/ creatures/ghouls/supermutants/ammo boxes retextures, and prolly ~50-60 small mods that improve few things or single items, like terminals, bottlecaps, safes, ignots, statues, bags, crates, cap stashes, PA frames, fusion cores etc.
You have no clue what you are talking about.
Also HD Texture DLC is pointless on 1080p for the storage and performance cost for hardly any improvements.
Mods do a way better job then that bad DLC.
Also there is a reason why it's free.
Proof here mods are better then that bad DLC.

Ray Tracing Included.
For the way you commented don't even ask me how I did that.
May have worded it poorly and im sorry if i offended you.
DLC is pointless. Its the "lazy" DLC that just uncompresses and upscales all textures making it inefficient and bloated.
But what i was trying to say was that in general you will see uplift in graphical detail even on 1080p with high res textures. So saying that high res textures are useless anything below 4k is just wrong.
It's not even worth the space for such little details that is added and there are better ways mods texture then the HD Texture DLC.
