Need get this mod "Uneducated Shooter" to work

recently, i installed the mod and i did get f4se and other requirements, and some reason, the leaning doesn't work. Can someone explain to me like a 5 year old and have like a tutorial/step by step instructions for me.

According to the requirements you need this mod for it to work, which is not just F4SE.

Suggest uninstall and start again if you already have the mod I listed. Sometimes when downloading they don't install correctly tho its not often that happens, I have had it happen to me only twice where a mod should have installed but did not show up in game in workshop mode.

The base mod was broken from the start in 2015 I cannot even conceive why anyone thinks this thing would work now after the next gen update would have changed it yet again. They uploaded 3 mods 9 years ago and haven't done a thing since then. That mod is and has always been dead.

I get my jet-pack via the ''weaponsmith '' mod in conjunction with another mod that doesn't drain my AP .

There are 3 mods of this type available on Nexus and none of them work . I wish Nexus would finally do something about these mod makers that don't give a damn about updating their mods .

Oh, so modders have to continue modding a game they haven't played in years because YOU happen to be playing it now, and abandon playing and modding newer games because their time is finite, to the detriment of others playing those newer games who will never enjoy the mods the author would have made for them because all his time is consumed supporting mods of games he no longer plays?

Your choice of entirely dead mods is not their problem.

mod author blatantly puts "may not work with NG update" and people are installing it with the NG update wondering why it's not working. it's madness.
