perk tree won't load

can't see the perk tree when i'm trying to level up
any ideas?

While in pip-boy you press T and cannot see perks or cannot see them all ?
The perk list is a long image, you must scroll down using the mouse pointer pushing the bottom or top edges.

pipboy comes up,i hit to level up
sounds like a page turning...
but cannot see the perk tree at all
so no way to level up...
anyone else have this problem?

At what point in the game are you? How far have you gotten?

i'm in sanctuary...
I've leveled up
when i hit the PIP boy to level up...
i hear a swoosh like a page turning...
but the perk tree does not show up...
it's just my PIP boy on my arm...

maybe tomorrow i take all mods except unofficial patch off and try again...
i'll let you know...
but if anyone has had this happen, let me know
everything else in the game working just fine but this
off to bed now...
