I cant see any "Extra" face options on my character.
For some reason, I cant see any makeup, markings, damages, etc, on my character. I've tried to go to the plastic surgeon in diamond city, and I've also tried to make a new character, but nothing works. I have also uninstalled and re-installed the game, but it still doesn't show up. I'm fairly new to modding, so I have no clue on how to fix this. I don't know if this helps, but here is a list of all my installed mods:
fastleveling2_5
Eye Liner Masks
Commonwealth Cuts 2.5.1
LooksMenu v1-6-20
Mod Configuration Menu 1.39
Looks Menu Customization Compendium
Main File - AIO Installer
KS Hairdos Addon(s) with Physics - SUNMOON9
Collection of textures and presets
Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE)
Gunner Operator 2.0
female eyelashes retex
Looks Menu Customization Compendium Fix INI
HiPoly Faces REDUX - Seamless Kit (CBBE-TWB)
Rose *this is a face preset mod*
I downloaded all of the mods through Nexus Mods, and I use Vortex to arrange the mods in my files. Any information on this helps me a lot, so thank you to everyone who replies.

Is that just a remembered-list of mods, or is that somehow a mod list in order? Because that order is probably your problem. Check with the major mods - looks menu and that fix particularly - to make SURE that they're in the right part of your load order.

I just changed the order of the mods, and everything is working now. Thank you for telling me, I had no idea that you could change the load order for mods!

Yeah that's the first thing to make sure of when you're installing things. Sometimes they want to be 'high' and others 'low', so that things don't overwrite in the wrong order. Low = loaded last so it's overwriting the things that went before.
