Does the Piezonucleic legendary power armor effect even work?
I used console and put the effect on all five pieces of power armor and then went to the glowing sea, but I found no difference in AP regeneration between a FULL SET of modded peizonucleic armor and a regular set of non-legendary power armor. What does the effect actually do? I don't know where to look in the game files for such details.

Don't you need SIX pieces not 5 for a "full set"?

1 The description of the piezonucleic lining is misleading. The legendary effect mod_Custom_PA_APRegenRad adds an enchantment ench_mod_LegendaryPA_RadsCoreHealth, which increases the power armor's fusion core drain by 50% and adds a perk LegendaryPA_RadsCoreHealth, that does not have any effect because its condition can not be fulfilled. Additionally, the legendary effect also increases damage resistance and energy resistance by 2.
In short, no, the Piezoneucleic legendary effect doesn't work. It increases Fusion Core drain rate, and adds DR/ER (like all legendary armor affixes), but does not provide the intended effect at all. Not even UFO4P fixes this.

You do. And never heard of this set. Is it from a mod or a console added set, not included in the release?

There are legit ways to add More AP to a PA set. Without using the console.

I know the chest piece is from a quest you get at a chemical plant. That is the only piece I know of in the vanilla game, good chance someone modded the rest in. I usually get it yet have never used it, I just mod the hell out of it then sell it for ballistic fiber and ammunition.

Why even try ? Best are reactive chest piece, jets and Tesla.
