+97.2 hours and 4000 HOURS !!?!

I've just realized I'm about to make it to 4 thousands of hours of gameplay in Fallout 4.

I mean, what!! Have I wasted 4000 hours of my life on this game? Really? If you do work on something even completely new to you, doesn't matter what it is and spend 10.000 hours on it and that makes you an EXPERT they say.. This is a scientific fact!!

So, I did waste 4000 hours of my life and missed the opportunity of becoming a nearly-half-expert on a random subject? Like a rocket science? Or even better (I do programming for living) A nearly half expert AI programmer? Oh my god, I feel so dead now. AI is something i always wanted to specialize on and i always say "if only i had more time man.."

I hate you beth!! you wasted my life. Todd, i'm gonna send you a package, i hope you'll like it.. see you in hell buddy...

Hehe joking, i don't wanna get arrested if somehow something happens to todd lol.. And i love fo4 and i'm gonna play again soon.. same old same.. I will never learn

Hours playing a video game is never wasted time, if one does not neglect other more important aspects of life. It can be a stress reducer. Which stress can be very bad if not handled correctly.

I mean... it literally is a waste of time since they're playing a video game and not doing something more productive in life during that time. Nothing wrong with playing video games, but 4000 hours is almost half of a year playing a game. That's just not good for you.

Time well wasted. A mini holiday each playtime. Well needed escape from reality for a while. 3500 hrs here. I dont consider it a waste. I consider it as saving my sanity.

I am retired, a 72 yr old gamer and have over 6000 hrs experimenting with building with no mods now I have mods, should have gotten them yrs ago oh well. Yeah I have the time to waste lol. First game I ever played was Wolfenstien on PC then Doom and my dos 5 book was pretty well battered learning all the crap about Dos. Windows was no different, but finding it hard these days trying to keep up with all the changes.

Totally the same. Had to rebox my micro ATX PC (gifted by a friend after I got burgled) to put a cheapass 710 2 GB card in to play this. After a year of not being able to run it on Intel 2000 on board I saw the title screen, I heard Inon Zur's soundtrack and I cried. I was home. Years later the real wasteland happened and I have spent the last two years in Night City.

Fallout 4 is one of the best games ever.

Can't wait to rebuild London.

BTW I have thousands of hours out in the wasteland. Time well spent.
