uhd graphics? is it an onboard intel graphic card? well if it is.. bad news for you. game probably wont work

From what I see there, your computer is using Intel Integrated graphics. That is lower than the minimum requirements. You really need a dedicated video card with its own VRAM. I know there is a mod on Nexus that improves FPS but perhaps someone knows from their own experience which one.

Well played it on a lower gpus for a long time with some tweaks..

but uhd.. man it is not for gaming

look for the performance optimization guide in nexusmods, it recommends many mods for performance.

The ones i recommend are "Performout", "FAR-far away reform" and "Remove ugly flat trash". It will make the game look like something on the Dreamcast, but you´ll be able to play at a decent framerate and it will not melt your pc.Also, the guide explains how to modify the INI files for better performance.

Ignore me asking for his system specs? He has *integrated graphics* That's why I asked for system specs. He's not going to gain much when he has that bottleneck, mods or not.

The igpu is a 620. Here is a vid showing the 620 in Concord.

If it gets 30 fps in Concord it will probably get about 10 fps once the player reaches downtown.

The ULG tool is here. It appears to just set the graphics to low, the same as the launcher. Gets +5 fps - which won't be enough.

The cpu is a quad core I7, about the same as an i7-2700, so it will be ok.
