This has absolutely nothing to do with the OP's problem and would likely make their problem worse.
Edit:
Disabling the other mods didn't do anything.
Did you check the main esp/ba2 checkbox in the installer? That used to be automatically selected. Also try running the 2 holotapes - homemaker and smm. But you have probably done that if you are on the forum.
You could also uninstall 1.74 and try 1.73. (In MO2 I installed both adding the version number to the title to keep them as separate mods. Obviously I only selected one at a time.)
There is a patch for the gas lamps that repair them btw. Haven't tested that yet.
i don't know what other mods you're using so i'm not really recommending this but i'm leaving it here in case you want to give it a shot. i used it in the past when i uninstalled homemaker mid-playthrough and random tabs on my workshop menu disappeared.
