Does using the console disable achievements?
Basically, I wanted the underwater power armour from Far Harbour, so I teleported it to me with the console. Would doing this disable achievements?

No, only actual mods will disable the achievements. If your game save has [M] on it in your load game list, it's modded and thus won't have achievements. Console commands have never disabled them.

I believe it does stop achievements from popping up but all you have to do is make a quicksave or normal save, exit to desktop, and load that save again after youve used commands
Atleast this is how it worked in previous bethesda games

I'd suggest if you like finding stuff and want to cross borders, there's an ini tweak you can use to basically wander anywhere.

This guy's video shows it in his commentary in addition to the armor you found.

"I did this by adding the line: bBorderRegionsEnabled=0
under the General section in my Fallout 4.ini
Be careful if you try this, and back up your game."

It does work, I've had it in my ini file forever. (I actually needed to use it because i couldn't reach Nuka World's area even though I had to go there.)

It does not. And has never. Disabled. Achievements.
