College Square Ghoul Mission

Okay, so I have the Mission to clear out all the ghouls in College Square, and I kill every one of them, Including the Stalker that has the marker above it, it's dead, everything else is dead, but the quest still says "Kill the ghouls in college square" but I literally cannot find one alive, not in the train station or the outside. I can't understand this and I want to complete the minutemen ending. Ugh, this is infuriating.

Find the bed on the rooftops, sleep for 4 hours, recheck.

If any ghoul was stuck in the ground or in the wall, they'll teleport back to their original location and you should be able to complete it

Usually you only need to kill a leader, and in this case, it's only inside the subway station.

If that didn't count for some reason, try "player.setstage bosr01 40". You'll be tasked to report to Rhys and validate the quest

Usually these Cleansing the Commonwealth quests can be quietly done fast. The last enemies are tracked on screen showing their exact spot where they are hiding at.
Just enable show floating marker to make things easier.

I figured it out guys, I ran in without killing any other ghouls and murdered the Main ghoul first and it worked so that's nice, but thank you all for your help.
