Reflex Capacitor at Bayburn Point
So this quest for a while has made me angry because I don't want to visit Far Harbor so early in the game. Is there any mod that changes the location of the Reflex Capcitor so I don't have to go there? Or use the console to force the quest?

I assume you talk about Quartermastery aren't you?

Try "setstage 000c30dc 40", this should prompt you to report back to Haylen and complete the quest, then you can ask for another one
