Messed up NPC face

So i edited prestons face awhile ago but it seems everytime i restart my game, or load into a new zone his face just goes into this weird glitch and i have to redue it through a preset i use. not sure exactly what is causing this.

If anyone runs into this issue i fixed it. I went to an earlier save, copied prestons default face into a preset, went back to my main save and changed him back to default.

If I remember correctly, that's an issue with having a mod alter an NPC's face and then using slm to change it even more

slm works fine just dont touch the presets. In fact slm is amazing and needs no mods at all.

open console

click the npc to get the number

type slm number

dont touch the presets at all and be prepared to load a new save to get it right and in case mistakes or what ever until practiced.

10/10 game when a players knows how to do things and mod.

Cait and Piper no mods just slm.

lmao you said using the console is "modding" not only are you an obnoxious turd but you're wrong, the face problem has to do with conflicting mods replacing n and s textures and the game trying to rebuild the faces on load, imagine being such an arrogant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and being laughably wrong in the process
