Seriously though, I think it's mods, especially if you've modded animations or something before. I know from experience removing all things related to a mod can still cause problems somehow..
So if it isnt an error with faulty animations in the meshes folder, it has to be a problem with a .esp, but i disabled all of them to no awail. Only after i disabled the dlc .esp and unsubscribing from Wasteland Workshop the animations turned normal. So my only explaination is that the workshop .esp changes the female idles to male ones.
The funny thing is that i probably could fix this myself if the GECK was released already.

If you want to chime in on the discussion, I made a bug report here :

Yeah, its like this, only that it doesnt only happen in dialogue. My character randomly plays some masculine animation and then really ankwardly slides back into default feminine idle. You can see that in your video too. The transition between animations just looks wrong.
Only way for me to fix it is to disable the dlc.
Like i said, its probably an error Beth made with the file structure, giving female characters the idles of male ones by accident.
I made a screenshot of one of the most ankward looking new poses.

Yes, absolutely same problem...
Problem is, there's like 10000 ini files inside these xD It will take some time, I'll report back if I find a solution.
The folder that is causing this issue is actually the one in Meshes > AnimTextData > DynamicIdleData.
It is a folder with 2000 text files and there's like 200 text files with the same content in them for every DLC animation.
This issue is simply not fixable until the F4CK comes out or Bethesda releases a hotfix. If you want (and would be nice), you can make a reply to this Bug Report here :

so that Bethesda takes note of it and hopefully releases a hotfix or the Creation Kit.
Until then, the only solution is to uninstall the DLC or suffer through these animation issues.
Pretty annoy anyway.
