either way radios should be in decorations > misc
somewhere in the middle / end if you have the picket fences flower pots thing that take up half the damn thing
If not then I don't know. You have any radio mods installed?
Check the modder's page for extra information, or actually spend some time going through the categories for every single menu item to learn where things are.
Try logical reasoning on where something would be: Electronic, Decoration, or Misc? You'll find it faster if you look on your own if it's hidden behind menu sorting.
Backup your Fallout 4 game folder to your desktop, disable all mods and start a fresh game. If the radios then appear, you'll know it's a mod issue.
