I HAVE FIGURED OUT WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS.

Settlement Keywords somehow messes with WW so if you have a save that doesnt use SK. You are good to go.


UPDATE: OCDecorator also causes issues with the DLC. It is also possible Homemaker will do the same.


For SK users, I'm sorry to say but you'll have to wait for SK to update which will most likely be soon.

I made a quick and sloppy tutorial for the many players who had the same problem. And yes, I am some cringe kid. But I'm not stupid.

Yes, it's out. And pretty much all the additions are added into the various c ategories of the settlement crafting menu

are you on the east coast? i read something that says it comes out apr. 12th at midnight but the WW page says its in my library ready to play. i have no conflicting mods so the only thing i can think of is that i cant play it til midnight

yeah same, i am missing cages and the neon lights ect. My guess is because of mods.

i disabled anything realated to settlements. nothing else should conflict with it

right click game go to properties, dlc tab, if its checked uncheck it then check it. got mine to install

usually u can restart steam and itll unlock games locked out for w/e reason

For Clarification WW comes out at 12am EASTERN TIME. A 3 Hour difference from my time, pacific. So for pacific time it came out at 9 o'clock. For Central time it came out at 10 o'clock. etc.

I would just wait for the mods to update so that they are compatable with the new DLC. That way you're not screwing up your saves that require mods you disable in order to get this small update to work.

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE MOD BASED SETTLEMENTS: The Building Mods are not the problem, Settlement Keywords is, so if you have a save that doesn't use Settlement Keywords, you are good to go.

Sorry man, ive been doing this for around 2 hours trying to get my stuff to work :/
