Wasteland Bodily Function mod?

I want a poop mod where the bowel meter goes up as you eat like the rad meter. As it fills, the player's movement rate decreases as he's struggling to hold it in. Once the meter is completely full, the player poops himself and everybody in sight is tagged hostile to him. Charisma is set to 1 until he finds a river, sink or tub to wash off in. The only way to lower the poop meter is to find a toilet or squat in the woods. The downside about squatting is that it causes everybody who sees him to go hostile. So when you squat, you want to go find someplace quiet and secluded.

You don't need a DLC for that realizim. Just eat some Laxatives befor you start to play and then exsperience the real thing durring game play.
