Previous locations relocked?

Ok, I swear I've been to these locations before and unlocked these terminals, crates and doors before. Do they relock and restock over a certain amount of time?

Especially if a new raider group spawns there. There's one building I've been through at least 4 times. Every time I have to disarm the same traps, unlock the same doors, hack the same terminals, kill the same leader in the same room, and loot all the same storage containers.

do not forget about that dude that went out of his way to put the bottlecaps in all the 210-years old tabledesks and drawers, and especially in the long-defunct dishwashers.

Be happy. If the locks respawn, so does the loot. Some places don't respawn at all :(
