i found it in the glowing sea look up on the web it say there hole you can drop down in i found that but cant drop there a something keeping you from going down the hole same thing at a church thats close by there hole in roof but drop down and stuck in the air and cant shoot the mobs that down there

is there some quest to let go down ?

Sometimes game engine collision zone areas and graphics models don't match. Sometimes I can shoot through a grate and sometimes I can't. Adjust, find another way.
