My current playthrough is littered with robots I made to be provisioners. All named Supplymobot. And then I have my robot I made to be my companion, Baron Obliteratron. He's always changing his look, depending on how I feel. Other than that, some default named(because I didnt feel like thinking of names for them) assault and sentry bots guarding some of my more attack prone settlements.
