Good clothes to wear under combat armor?

I use the Morningstar Outfit on the Suit Dreams mod

BOS uniform is the only thing that goes perfectly. That is in vanilla version.

Ever since Armorsmith Extended mod came out, I am never going back to vanilla again because the clothing system is severely limited. I recommend downloading that mod and enjoying all of the outfits.

I agree, the only clothes that work under armor on vanilla that works with balistic weave is the rags, military outfit, baseball outfit, etc which are all boring

BOS uniform does look really good, the orange of the suit + the greenish of the combat armor looks awesome.

Nothing I've found in the base game really looks too 'good' IMO... It's personally why I grabbed a texture mod for the vault suit and use that.

Probably because the combat armor is actually really ugly haha. IMO get far enough into the railroad to get ballistic weave, and then throw on ballistic weave mk. V on Kellogg's outfit, Maxson's Battlecoat (which I cheated to get lol, I couldn't destroy the BOS), or any other nice looking outfit. Superior protection at the cost of nothing!

Get the "Honest Abe's Armor Series" makes all the armor look alot better (at least on female) not sure what to get for male players

The baseball uniform isn't terribly boring, but is bizarre.

If, however

1) I found out where the hell I put the World Series bat (gave it to a companion, I think),
2) and there were Baseball Fury-style face paint, and esp.
3) if there were a "Nerf" material that drastically reduced its damage but drastically increased its swing speed so there were more chances to proc...

well, so long as I'm killing Raiders and Gunners it might as well be done in a humorously sadistic fashion.

BOS Officer uniform and shadowed combat armor is perfect for a stealth character.

Yes. The baby blue color used for the Vault Suit was the worst color choice that Bethesda could have possibly chosen.

I simply cannot see someone, who wasn't a sadist, looking at that color and going, "Yes! That's the color we need for our vault suits!"

The good ole Vault Suit. Assuming the combat armor is white. I personally like sturdy medium combat armor but its all about taste.

If your female or want to dress a female then the Commonwealth shorts mod goes surprisingly well with Combat and Synth armor.

Bethesda didn't pick it but they did decide to keep it. Its suppossed to be goofy and campy

The colour isn't the issue I had with it, its the fact it looks like some sort of latex body suit... Even the work overalls style of suits from previous games were far better.

It just makes the suit look far more fitting and appropriate to its purpose in my opinion.
