Can't Find Proctor Ingram
So I want to start the story mission "Spoils of War" and the game instructs me to talk to Proctor Ingram, but I can't find her. I am starting to get slightly annoyed. All help is appreciated. Thanks!

If she's not on the Prydwen, next to captain Kells, look for her in the airport.

I don't know exactly where you've looked. But at that point, she should be at the airport, on the north(I think) side. By where Liberty Primes control station thing is.

Yeah, under the tower they built inside the rampart area.
