- LifeGiver, free health regeneration, at least later on.
- Definitely Aquaboy / Aquagirl, makes getting through water a breeze
- Lead Belly, one of the more useful perls, more or less in the survival beta
- Solar Powered, a very good perk to use, especially with Life Giver
- Cannibal, avoid it at all costs on survival beta, otherwise it's decent
Aqua is a very nice convenience perk, if you like going for a swim and don't have, or want to wear a hazmat suit or Rad-X then your going to need it.
Lifegiver doesn't seem to give enough of a boost to notice, even in the early game where its proportionally more significant. The auto healing you get later doesn't seem as useful any more as we need to regularly eat and drink.
Ghoulish is extremely misleading, you still get irradiated at the same rate, what it does is heal you while you are being irradiated at a rate proportional to it. Basically, its crap.
On the other hand, a lot of these perks are good for specialized builds, roleplaying, etc. They're just not for the general purpose non-roleplaying player. Aquaboy, for example, is awesome for a Manta Man playthrough :-)
