Here's an awesome little place to explore for those who did not explore it yet or simply missed it while exploring (like myself).

Location

Located in Cambridge.

Just down the street of Cambridge Police Station where you meet Danse. It is between the Cambridge Police Station and the Cambridge Polymer Labs.

Why it's a special place

Fraternal Post 115[fallout.wikia.com] is actually the Veteran's Hall that Nora (female protagonist) is talking about during the Character Creation at the beginning of the game, in which Nate (male protagonist) was supposed to hold a speech.

If you go into the building, there's a terminal which has a memo that states they wanted to invite Nate to hold a speech:

The memo will change depending if you play Nora or Nate.

If you actually go to the main hall where there's a flaming barrel at the centre, along with a chest and few ammo crates, there's a microphone with which you can interact. What happens once you interact with it, I'll leave it for you to discover...

I ran past that place without a second thought. I guess I'll go check it out next time I play.

I wonder what memo it will give me since I changed my character's gender in the middle of my playthrough.
