Insomnia treated with antibiotics?

I slept 12 hours, hydrated/fed myself, then went out and fought a few bloatflies/bugs. None of them diseased or poisoned me.

Five or so minutes later, I get a message saying I'm suffering from insomnia. (?) I check my pipboy, it doesn't show me being inflicted by any diseases or illnesses. Just insomnia. I try a dose of antibiotics, in case it helps. It cures my mysterious insomnia.

Is that a bug? Seems odd that you can cure insomnia with antibiotics.

It's not a bug. I do agree that it is extremely nonsensical however.
