Doctor Li refuses to talk to me (Spoilers)
So I've just gottent to the part where you need Doctor Li's assistance in remaking liberty prime but everytime I try to talk to her she gives me the same damn voice clip over and over: "If you're here to talk me into working on Liberty Prime, you can just forget it." and no matter howmany times I shoot the ♥♥♥♥♥ she just refuses to talk to me correctly. Anyone know a fix for this?

This is being done on a non-beta version of the game and I do not have any mods that tamper with any files related to quests.

Shooting her probably doesn't help your cause. lol

Theres only so much I can take before shooting something is required. About five minutes of "If you're here to talk me into working on Liberty Prime, you can just forget it." was about all I could take. I reloaded the save so I'm just awaiting sollutions.

Well there should definitely be a dialogue pop up after her comment for you to question her further (just checked one of my old videos), so am not sure why you're not getting it.

Nothing in the wiki to suggest there is a bug at this point either.

You could always go into the console to set the stage to after this where you go back to Proctor Ingram.. Dr Li should turn up alongside her:

SetStage 000ae51c 90

Just did it, now Ingram is stuck in a passive diaglogue loop. Gonna have to skip the quest :/

Oh dear. Sounds like the quest is bugged. Sorry it didn't work.

Its alright, got it to work by reloading a save an hour before. I was just hoping I wouldnt have to. Thanks for the attempt JoJo.
