Far Harbor Teaser?

So, over at the Nahant Oceanological Society, near Libertalia, there is the same boat from the Far Harbor image we have seen, and a little land mass with fences on it to look like the skeleton from the image. On the boat I found something called Casey's key, but then later found out It was for inside of the Nahant Oceanological Society. So I doubt it had any correlation to Far Harbor, but maybe it does.

The boat in the far harbor picture is a generic fallout boat so you are probably reading too much into it.
